Online Sales Policy
Due to the nature of the merchandise we can not adjust our in store or online sales policy as the designer’s do not allow us to return merchandise. There are signs posted through out the store, on the website and on all signed receipts clearly stating All Sales are Final.
By checking the box to accept these terms and conditions you are taking the action equivalent to signing the credit card receipt for the payment of goods.
Due to the nature of the garments and other items being sold, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations after you have submitted the order. Please make sure you measure carefully; you are responsible for selecting your size.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please be sure of the size and color you want before ordering.
Online orders will be charged to your American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. All cards will be charged in US Dollars.
Some items may have to be ordered from the designer, and could take a few weeks or more. We need your real wear date so we are able to get your item in a timely fashion. We will contact you if your ship date is close to your wear date. The customer is responsible for any taxes or customs duties payable in their own country if outside the United States.
